Camp Kidz Program

Chandler Center for the Arts provides summertime and school break options for kids. During the summer the Chandler Young Actors Group provides Music Theatre Summer Camps and the Vision Kidz Summer Camp offers visual arts training. During school breaks, programs include various one week dance and voice intensives and a Circus Arts camp with the Zoppe Italian Family Circus. Offerings are fee based and sponsorships provide opportunities for scholarships.

• Chandler Young Actors Group, Music Theatre Summer Camp provides professional coaching in all aspects of musical theatre - dancing, singing, acting for youth 7 years of age and older.
  • Each of the Summer Camps culminate with a staged production at the Chandler Center for the Arts.
• Vision Kidz Summer Camp provides kids 8 – 14 with experiences in hands-on workshops exploring 10 different mediums of visual arts, take a tour of art history, participate in gallery critiques and meet and work with professional artists.
  • Each of the sessions culminate with a gallery exhibition of artworks created by the kids during the course with a gallery exhibition of artworks created by the kids during the course with a formal gallery opening at Chandler Center for the Performing Arts.
