Eat Your Art Out Ambassadors
Sounds great, what’s involved?
- Ambassadors are individuals or employee groups that commit to serve as the liaison and host to a specific Eat Your Art Out location.
- The Ambassadors works to spread the word to friends, family, co-workers, etc. to dine out at their designated location on February 28, 2012 during the time(s) that the location is participating.
- The Ambassadors or two representatives from an employee group must attend one of the Ambassador Trainings in January and is responsible for delivering materials to the location a minimum of three weeks prior to the Eat Your Art Out event day.
- On February 28th the Ambassadors will greet and thank guests at the location, explain the raffle and collect donations. The day after the event the Ambassadors will deliver all materials and donations to Chandler Center for the Arts.
