Group Policies & Benefits

It pays to come to the Chandler Center for the Arts as a group!

• NO PER TICKET FEES! One of the things that sets us apart from other venues is that we don’t charge a per ticket fee. You can buy as many tickets and as many shows as you want and it’s still just one $4 handling fee added at the end of the order. That is a significant savings to groups!
• Discounts: The standard group discount for groups of 10 or more for CCA presents is $4.00 off the full adult price. (This excludes rental events.)
• Priority Seating: Each season, group tickets are reserved once series subscriptions are filled, but before single tickets go on sale to the general public. When you book your order during the season, your group will be seated in the best available seating.
• Chandler Center for the Arts Guided Tour: Groups are welcome to schedule our standard one-hour tour. To find out more about customized tour packages available to your group, please call our Front of House department at 480-782-2693.
• Dining: Special group discounts and/or specials are available at our participating Premier Restaurant Partners. For more information, please call Judi Johnson at 480-782-2674.

Group Policies

• 10 or more tickets purchased in one transaction constitute a group.
• The standard group discount for CCA presents is $4.00 off the full adult price.
  Please Note: Not all events at the Center have a group discount or have the same group policy.
• There is one (1) $4.00 handling fee per order.
• Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to the show.
• A $5.00 per ticket non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the reservation and will be applied to the amount due.
• The total number of tickets held can be adjusted within 30 days of the reservation, as long as there are 10 tickets still reserved.
• Balance is due 60 days from the date of the reservation.
  Please Note: Group sales that fall within 30 days of the performance must be paid in full at time of the reservation.
• Group sales are processed through the Chandler Center for the Arts Box Office only and are not available online.
