POLICIES
These are some high points of the Center's policies. For a complete copy of the Center's rules please contact the Events Coordinator. The omission of any policy here-in does not relieve the production group from complying with all center policies:
- There are three performance spaces, classrooms, and visual art exhibitions at the center. Members of a performing group must stay in their assigned spaces so as not to interrupt other performances and activities.
- The center is a non-smoking facility and the school surrounding the Center prohibits smoking in accordance with school policy.
- Absolutely no food or drinks are permitted on the stage or in the auditorium. Beverages and food may be brought into the green room. Please notify the Events Coordinator if you will be doing so.
- To prevent damage to wall surfaces absolutely no masking tape, duct tape, or plastic tapes may be used anywhere in the facility. Clients must user "gaff" tape requested from Center's staff. Corkboards are located on each dressing room door for displaying room assignments.
- High Voltage (above 24 volts) electrical feeders may not be laid on the floor in the auditorium or other public areas without being enclosed in a UL approved device or approval of the Production Coordinator, to prevent accidental shock.
- If additional sound snake is to be used it will need to be about 250' long and laid according to Center practices. Prior approval by the Centers Production Coordinator is required.
- In instances where the fire alarm may sound all persons will be evacuated and the fire department summoned. The resumption of the performance will wait until the fire personnel give the all clear. A word of caution; the smoke detectors in the backstage and dressing room areas are extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, hair spray, dust, powder, etc.

The Center is built on a level site and has very few impediments to the physically handicapped performer or patron. Wheelchair seating is on the sides at front of audience. An elevator on the west end of the building is available from basement level to ground level. Wheelchairs need to travel outside the building by ramps to front of the building and to the stage level.
POLICIES
This is a "short list" of the policy high points. For a complete copy of the Center's rules please read your contract. The omission of any policy here-in does not relieve the production group from complying with all Center policies.
There are three performance spaces, classrooms, and visual art exhibitions at the Center. Members of a performing group must stay in their assigned spaces so as not to interrupt other performances and classes.
The Center is a no smoking facility, additionally school policy and state law prohibits possession of tobacco on campus. On most occasions an area outside the foyer may be used. This courtesy may be withdrawn if problems occur.
Absolutely no food or drink are permitted on the stage or in the auditorium. Beverages and food may be brought into the foyer for personal consumption.
To prevent damage to fragile wall surfaces and to prevent residue build up; absolutely no masking tape, duct tape, or plastic tapes may be used anywhere in the facility for any reason. Holders for 8-1/2'x11" paper oriented vertically are located next to each dressing room door for displaying room assignments. Please do not tape signs to the doors. There is a large bulletin board for call lists and announcements.
High voltage (above 24 volts) electrical feeders may not be laid on the floor in the auditorium or other public areas without a UL approved device to prevent accidental shock and the approval of the Sr. Production Coordinator.
In instances where the fire alarm may sound, all persons will be evacuated and the fire department summoned. The resumption of the performance will wait until the fire personnel give the all clear. A word of caution, the smoke detectors in the backstage and dressing room areas are extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, hair spray, dust, powder, etc.
