Youth Arts Council Member Commitment

CCA Youth Arts Council Members:

Shall be committed to fulfilling the program objectives to focus on Arts Appreciation, Community Service & Leadership Skills to become advocates for the arts and well-rounded community leaders.
Will serve for the traditional school year and engage in 13 three-hour sessions from August to March.
Will complete the program with increased knowledge of career opportunities, financial responsibility, leadership skills, small and large group dynamics, and public relations and marketing.

Detailed Expectations

CCA Youth Arts Council Members:

Will serves as an active member of the Youth Arts Council.
Will be committed to a one-year term.
Will attend all regularly scheduled meetings.
Will notify staff of the inability to attend any meetings. Three unexcused absences may result in a change of Youth Arts Council status.
Will participate in the discussion, decision-making, and implementation of all projects.
Will represent the mission of the Chandler Center for the Arts in a positive manner.
Will review program materials before meetings.

Permission to use all photographs or videos taken of my child and to include his/her name in materials that promote CCA services or CCA programs, or to publicize any event without payment or notification. I understand that all prints and digital files become the sole property of the CCA and may be used by the CCA without payment or notification.
