Permission to use all photographs or videos taken of my child and to include his/her name in materials that promote CCA services or CCA programs, or to publicize any event without payment or notification. I understand that all prints and digital files become the sole property of the CCA and may be used by the CCA without payment or notification. I understand that my child will be participating in activities that could include radio, TV, or internet coverage. By attending this program, you agree to allow their likenesses and images either in audio, photographic, or video format recorded onsite to be used by CCA for educational, promotional, marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
