Chandler Center for the Arts Adopts All-In Ticket Pricing - Starting May 2025

Chandler Center for the Arts is committed to providing transparent and fair ticket pricing for all our patrons. In line with the new rules from the Federal Trade Commission, we are excited to announce that starting May 12, 2025, all ticket prices displayed for Chandler Center for the Arts events will reflect the full ticket cost upfront. All-In Ticket Pricing means the price you see when selecting your tickets will include all ticket fees—no surprises at checkout.

Why Service Charges Matter

Chandler Center for the Arts uses Ticketmaster as its ticketing platform. Service charges play a critical role in supporting the technology, security, and customer service infrastructure that makes online ticket purchasing safe, fast, and accessible. Ticketmaster helps to cover credit card processing, platform maintenance, and the staffing needed to ensure you get your tickets reliably and efficiently, allowing us to provide a smooth and secure ticketing experience for all patrons.

Patrons of Chandler Center for the Arts may save on service fees by choosing to purchase their tickets over the phone or in person with our box office staff. Patrons who purchase directly with our box office staff will save $2 on each ticket purchased. The $2 savings are taken off the total ticket value in the All-In Ticket Pricing listed on our website.
