Box Office FAQs

All spaces (including seating) will be set up to allow six feet of social distancing between groups.  All staff and attendees are required to wear a face covering at all times while at the CCA.  Face coverings may be temporarily removed when actively eating or drinking.  Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the facility.  Restrooms and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

If you are not feeling well or do not feel confident going out, please stay at home. Refund policies on tickets have been relaxed to accommodate our patrons and any health concerns. Please contact the box office to discuss your options if your plans change.

We will assign seating in singles, twos, and fours based on size of the group indicated at purchase time. 

Seating will open one hour prior to show time.  All patrons will be seated with the assistance of an usher. The Gallery at CCA will be open from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm for attendees to check out the latest exhibition.

For On the Terrace performances, the show will be moved into the CCA Lobby in the same socially distanced seating configuration.

The CCA will communicate with ticketholders regarding a refund or possible reschedule if inclement weather is expected for At the Museum performances.

Yes, there is a $2 service charge per ticket when purchasing tickets through the box office. There is a $4 service charge per ticket when purchasing through Ticketmaster. Additional fees may apply.

Yes, there is a $1 mailing fee per order. We can always email tickets to you for free.

Will call opens up one hour prior to showtime.

Tickets make great gifts! You can always give your tickets to a family member or friend. We have a strict no refunds policy. However, if your selected performance is playing on other dates, you may be able to exchange for another performance date.

The Main Stage Theatre holds up to 1508; the Hal Bogle Theatre holds up to 346 and the Recital Hall holds up to 246.  Click here to see seating maps for our theatres.

Pick 5 Series tickets can be exchanged for another performance but restrictions and service charges may apply. Please contact the box office at 480-782-2680 for more info. We cannot exchange past events.

If an event is canceled for any reason, the box office will contact all ticket buyers to arrange refunds.

This varies by show. Most performances, everyone needs a ticket including infants. Please contact the box office to find out if infants need a ticket for a particular show.

Yes, we sell gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased online, over the phone or at the box office. Gift cards are valid on Tickets and Concessions.
