Intimate and Socially Outdoor Music Experience at the CCA and Chandler Museum

CHANDLER, Ariz. – [Sept 25, 2020] – Chandler Center for the Arts is pleased to announce CCA Under the Stars, its first live outdoor concert experience presented at two iconic Chandler buildings.  

The series includes three performances on the sweeping terrace at the CCA and three performances under the illuminated outdoor living room space at the Chandler Museum. These 60-minute intimate evening concerts are limited to 50 or less attendees in a social distanced seating arrangement to provide a comfortable and safe environment for patrons.

 “We are excited to offer these performances to ease people back into experiencing live music,” says Michelle MacLennan, General Manager at Chandler Center for the Arts. “We can’t wait for attendees to listen to music created by talented local artists in a classy, relaxed setting perfect for a night out.”

Tickets for On the Terrace, go on sale to the public on Friday, September 25, at 10 a.m., with At the Museum tickets going on sale to the public on Thursday, October 22 at 10 a.m.

Tickets are $20 and general admission with personalized assigned seating prior to the performance. All performances are on Saturdays at 7 p.m. with attendees required to wear a face covering. Beverages will be available for purchase, including beer, wine and soda. Ticketholders also get exclusive after-hours access to exhibitions at The Gallery at the CCA and Chandler Museum.

“We love partnering with the Chandler Museum, giving the community a whole new way to enjoy the CCA in one of the sexiest new spaces in the Valley,” continues Mac Lennan.

On the Terrace

October 24 – Joe Bourne: Upbeat and Sweet    SOLD OUT
Influenced by the smooth vocals of Nat King Cole, Billy Eckstine, and Lou Rawls, Joe has put together a set list of Upbeat and Sweet sounds just for this performance.

November 14 – Pete Pancrazi Quartet: Swinging American Songbook    SOLD OUT
Join Pete and a band of seasoned musicians to experience musical mainstays performed with warm vocals, expert guitar and soft percussion that create a perfect evening.

November 21 – Notes from Neptune    SOLD OUT
Go on a musical journey with guitarist Scott Worstell and saxophonist Thomas Love as Notes of Neptune performs classic rock from Pink Floyd and The Doors and Motown soul from Bill Withers and James Brown.
