Amy Grant is coming to Chandler Center for the Arts

It is undeniable that Amy Grant put Contemporary Christian Music on the map. She was the first Contemporary Christian artist to have a platinum record and the first to have a song hit number one on the Pop charts. She was the first Contemporary Christian artist to perform at the GRAMMY Awards. For more than 30 years, this iconic performer, singer-songwriter, author, television host and speaker has brought her music audiences all over the world and on March 27, she is coming to Chandler Center for the Arts. 

She has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide, including three multi-platinum, six platinum and four gold. Her albums have consistently topped charts throughout her career with recognition that includes six GRAMMY Awards and 26 Dove Awards. She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Music City Walk of Fame. She was recently inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in Nashville. 

"We are so delighted to add Amy Grant to our 30th Anniversary season," says Michelle Mac Lennan, General Manager at Chandler Center for the Arts. "She is an icon who has inspired so many with her music. We are so fortunate to have her on our Main stage." 

Grant is a force. Not only has she had incredible success as a music artist, but she is also a published author and shares her story with audiences all over the country as a keynote and inspirational speaker. She is widely known for her philanthropy and involvement in charitable organizations, including her own, The Helping Hands Foundation.
