This FREE, family-friendly Día de los Muertos celebration features live music, ballet folklórico, storytelling, artisan vendors, food, mask-making, calaca puppets and a community ofrenda.
Enjoy performances by Mariachi Hermanas Del Corazon, Mariachi Rosie’s House and De Cajón, shop El Mercado, grab a bite at La Fonda del Pueblo, and take part in arts and cultural activities throughout the afternoon.
27th Annual Mariachi & Folklorico Festival

Following the community festivities, guests are invited to the 27th Annual Chandler Mariachi and Folklorico Festival with Mariachi Pueblo Viejo, Mariachi Nueva Fusion, Evelyn Ozuna, and Ballet Folklórico Quetzalli-AZ dancers on the Steena Murray Mainstage at Chandler Center for the Arts beginning at 4:00 P.M. Tickets start at $49.
Contribute to the Community Ofrenda
Guests will also have the opportunity to honor loved ones through a community ofrenda. Additional details about the location, dates and how to contribute will be announced soon.
Bring items that honor your loved ones with a photo or object that reminds you of them. Objects may include sugar skulls, favorite non-perishable food or unopened beverages, paper flowers, and unlit or LED candles. Please sign into the guestbook to leave a note for your loved one, as well as to log any photos or mementos that have been dropped off and that you would like returned. Any personal items can be picked up from the CCA box office.
